Art. 13 Im Ausland zugelassene Arzneimittel und Verfahren
Ist ein Arzneimittel oder ein Verfahren bereits in einem andern Land mit vergleichbarer Arzneimittelkontrolle zugelassen, so werden die Ergebnisse der dafür durchgeführten Prüfungen berücksichtigt.
