Art. 7a Öffentliche Apotheken und Spitalapotheken
Öffentliche Apotheken und Spitalapotheken müssen über eine Herstellungsbewilligung in folgendem Umfang verfügen:
a. öffentliche Apotheken: über eine Bewilligung, die mindestens die Herstellung von Arzneimitteln nach Artikel 9 Absatz 2 Buchstabe a erlaubt;
b. Spitalapotheken: über eine Bewilligung, die mindestens die Herstellung von Arzneimitteln nach Artikel 9 Absatz 2 erlaubt.
