Art. 21a Freiwillige Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union
Die freiwillige Bekanntmachung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union nach Art. 76a Bst. a Ziff. 2 des Gesetzes hat folgenden Inhalt aufzuweisen:
a) Name und Kontaktdaten des Auftraggebers;
b) Gegenstand des Auftrages;
c) Begründung der Entscheidung des Auftraggebers, den Auftrag ohne vorgängige Bekanntmachung zu vergeben;
d) Namen des erfolgreichen Offertstellers;
e) gegebenenfalls jede andere vom Auftraggeber für sinnvoll erachtete Angabe.
