§ 8 Einfuhr von Ottokraftstoffen zu Verteidigungszwecken
Dieses Gesetz findet keine Anwendung auf die Einfuhr von Ottokraftstoffen mit einem höheren als dem in § 2 Abs. 1 festgelegten Gehalt an Bleiverbindungen, wenn die Einfuhr auf Grund entsprechender internationaler Vereinbarungen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zu Verteidigungszwecken erforderlich ist.
