Zusammen-set- [1] Jede Verbandsgemeinde wird in der Delegiertenversammlung durch einen zung Delegierten nach Art. 14 vertreten. [2] Jeder Delegierte hat ein Stimmrecht bei der Delegiertenversammlung.
