Art. 16a Grundpreisbekanntgabe für messbare Waren und Dienstleistungen
1 Für messbare Waren und Dienstleistungen, die dem Konsumenten zum Kauf angeboten werden, sind Menge und Preis anzugeben und deren Vergleichbarkeit durch Grundpreisbekanntgabe zu gewährleisten. 2 Der Bundesrat kann Vorschriften erlassen, deren Einhaltung von der Pflicht zur Grundpreisbekanntgabe befreit. Eingefügt durch Art. 26 des Messgesetzes vom 17. Juni 2011, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2013 (AS 2012 6235; BBl 2010 8013).
