Der Treibstoff, der sich in den gewöhnlichen Fahrzeugtanks der vorübergehend eingeführten Fahrzeuge befindet, wird frei von Eingangsabgaben und frei von Einfuhrverboten und ‑beschränkungen zugelassen; als gewöhnlicher Fahrzeugtank gilt der Tank, der vom Hersteller für die betreffende Fahrzeugtype vorgesehen wurde.
