Jede Verletzung der Bestimmungen dieses Abkommens, jede Unterschiebung, falsche Deklaration oder Handlung, die bewirkt, dass eine Person oder ein Gegenstand einen ungerechtfertigten Vorteil aus der Einfuhrregelung dieses Abkommens erlangt, macht den Schuldigen nach den Gesetzen des Landes, in dem die Zuwiderhandlung begangen worden ist, strafbar.
