Eigentum 1 Die nicht nachweislich im Privateigentum stehenden Gewässer (Flüsse, Seen, Bäche) sind zum Gemeingebrauch bestimmt. 2 Sie sind Eigentum der Gemeinden, auf deren Gebiet sie sich befinden, und unterstehen hinsichtlich ihrer Nutzung zur Errichtung von Wasserwerken den Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes.
