§ 177 Ähnliche Versicherungsverträge
(1) Die §§ 173 bis 176 sind auf alle Versicherungsverträge, bei denen der Versicherer für eine dauerhafte Beeinträchtigung der Arbeitsfähigkeit eine Leistung verspricht, entsprechend anzuwenden. (2) Auf die Unfallversicherung sowie auf Krankenversicherungsverträge, die das Risiko der Beeinträchtigung der Arbeitsfähigkeit zum Gegenstand haben, ist Absatz 1 nicht anzuwenden.
