§ 180 Invalidität
Der Versicherer schuldet die für den Fall der Invalidität versprochenen Leistungen im vereinbarten Umfang, wenn die körperliche oder geistige Leistungsfähigkeit der versicherten Person unfallbedingt dauerhaft beeinträchtigt ist. Eine Beeinträchtigung ist dauerhaft, wenn sie voraussichtlich länger als drei Jahre bestehen wird und eine Änderung dieses Zustandes nicht erwartet werden kann.
