§ 1 Akkreditierungsverfahren
Bei der Prüfung nach § 177 Absatz 2 Satz 1 Nummer 2 des Dritten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch berücksichtigt die Akkreditierungsstelle insbesondere, ob die bei der Zertifizierungsstelle mit der Zulassung von Trägern und Maßnahmen beauftragten Personen umfassende Kenntnisse der Fachbereiche nach § 5 Absatz 1 Satz 3 sowie hinsichtlich Inhalt und Durchführung von Maßnahmen nach den §§ 45 sowie 81 und 82 des Dritten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch haben.
