Vere käitlemine piirkondlikus haiglas peab vastama käesoleva määruse §-s 12 kehtestatud nõuetele järgmise erisusega: verekabinetis peavad töötama hematoloogid või vereteenistuse alase täiendusõppe läbinud arstid ning üldõed.
