1 Der Oberförster114 übt die Oberaufsicht über die gesamte Material- und Finanzgebarung aus. 2 Insbesondere hat er die Ausübung der nach Art. 28 den Bezirksförstern115 vorgeschriebenen Kontrollen zu überwachen und auf Grund von Stichproben die Zuverlässigkeit dieser Kontrollhandlungen zu prüfen.
