Art 3 Zuständigkeitsanpassung
Alle Aufgaben und Befugnisse, die in Bundesgesetzen oder darauf beruhenden Verordnungen dem Bundesamt für Post und Telekommunikation zugewiesen sind, werden mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 1998 an auf die Regulierungsbehörde für Telekommunikation und Post übertragen.
