Art. 14a
Kündigung 1 Das unbefristet angestellte Lehrpersonal kann unter Beachtung einer sechsmonatigen Frist auf Ende eines administrativen Jahres gemäss Artikel 6 Abs. 2 kündigen. 2 Eine Kündigung auf einen anderen Zeitpunkt kann eingereicht werden, wenn wichtige Gründe vorliegen oder die Parteien das so vereinbaren.
