(1) Pärast lahendi tegemist on Riigikohtul õigus oma algatusel või menetlusosaliste taotlusel parandada lahendis kirjavead, sõnastuse puudused või ilmsed vormilised ebatäpsused. (2) Väljastatud vigased ärakirjad nõuab Riigikohus tagasi ja parandab või asendab need.
