§ 21c Öffentlich-rechtlicher Vertrag
Zur Ablösung der nach den §§ 21a und 21b zu erhebenden Kosten, Entgelte und Beiträge können im Einzelfall unter Berücksichtigung der in § 21a Absatz 2 Satz 2 bis 6 und § 21b Absatz 3 Satz 3 bis 5 geregelten Grundsätze öffentlich-rechtliche Verträge geschlossen werden.
