§ 7f Zahlung an den Bund
Werden Elektrizitätsmengen auf Grund von § 7 Absatz 1b Satz 1 und 4 vom Kernkraftwerk Krümmel auf das Kernkraftwerk Neckarwestheim 2 übertragen, hat die EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG dem Bund für jede hieraus erzeugte Megawattstunde einen Betrag in Höhe von 13,92 Euro zuzüglich Umsatzsteuer zu zahlen.
