Art. 9 Mehrbeanspruchung von Verkehrsanlagen
Der Betrieb neuer oder wesentlich geänderter ortsfester Anlagen darf nicht dazu führen, dass: a. durch die Mehrbeanspruchung einer Verkehrsanlage die Immissionsgrenzwerte überschritten werden oder b. durch die Mehrbeanspruchung einer sanierungsbedürftigen Verkehrsanlage wahrnehmbar stärkere Lärmimmissionen erzeugt werden.
