I S. 3074; 2006 I S. 2095), der durch Artikel 4 Nummer 16 des Gesetzes vom 19. Juli 2024 (BGBl. 2024 I Nr. 246) eingefügt worden ist, verordnet das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz:
