§ 34. Registrisse esitatud või kantud andmete õigsus
(1) Andmete esitaja esitab andmekogusse ajakohased ja korrektsed andmed. (2) Kui elektroonse andmevahetuse kaudu edastatud teabes tuvastatakse viga, on andmete esitaja kohustatud registri volitatud töötlejale edastama õiged andmed.
