§ 1 Formular
(1) Für die Erklärung der Partei über ihre persönlichen und wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse nach § 117 Absatz 2 Satz 1 oder nach § 120a Absatz 1 Satz 3 der Zivilprozessordnung ist das in der Anlage bestimmte Formular zu verwenden. (2) Absatz 1 gilt nicht für die Erklärung einer Partei kraft Amtes, einer juristischen Person oder einer parteifähigen Vereinigung.
