§ 50. Majandustegevuse jätkamine ettevõtte omandamise korral
Majandustegevuses kasutatud ettevõtte omandamisega tekib isikul õigus jätkata selle ettevõttega seotud majandustegevust omandatud ettevõtte senise omanikuga samadel tingimustel, sealhulgas peab ettevõtte omandaja vastama kõikidele omaniku suhtes kehtinud majandustegevuse nõuetele.
