§ 1. Seaduse reguleerimisala
(1) Käesolev seadus sätestab asendustäitmise ja sunniraha (edaspidi sunnivahend) mõiste ning sunnivahendi rakendamise menetluse. (2) Käesolevas seaduses sätestatud menetluses võib seadusega ette näha erandeid.
