Vorschlagsrecht 1) Jeder Stimmberechtigte ist befugt, der Versammlung die Überweisung eines neuen Gegenstandes an den Gemeinderat zum Bericht und Antrag vorzuschlagen. 2) Der vom Gemeinderat zu prüfende Gegenstand ist auf die Traktandenliste der nächsten Versammlung zu setzen. Ist dies nicht möglich, so sind ihr die Gründe darzulegen.
