Art. 70
Geltungsdauer, Kündigung 1 Das Konkordat gilt auf unbeschränkte Zeit. 2 Es kann mit einer Frist von zwei Jahren jeweils auf Ende eines Jahres durch schriftliche Mitteilung an die Trägerschaft gekündigt werden, frühestens auf das Ende des zehnten Jahres seit Inkrafttreten. 3 Die Kündigung eines Kantons beendet das Konkordat, sofern dadurch die Anzahl der verbleibenden Vereinbarungskantone unter 18 sinkt.
