Absolutes Mehr 1 Gewählt ist, wer das absolute Mehr erreicht. Für die Wahl als Stadtpräsident oder als Stadtpräsidentin wird das absolute Mehr separat berechnet. 2 Das absolute Mehr wird ermittelt, indem die Gesamtzahl aller gültigen Kandidatenstimmen durch die doppelte Zahl der zu Wählenden dividiert und das dabei ermittelte Ergebnis auf die nächste Zahl erhöht wird.
