Art. 43 III. Einstellung im Amt und Amtsenthebung
Gründe Der Gemeinderat kann mit einer Mehrheit von drei Vierteln der Mitglieder ein Mitglied des Gemeinderates, des Stadtrates, der Bildungskommission oder der Geschäftsprüfungskommission vor Ablauf der Amtsdauer des Amtes entheben, wenn es: a) vorsätzlich oder grobfahrlässig Amtspflichten schwer verletzt hat; b) die Fähigkeit, das Amt auszuüben, auf Dauer verloren hat oder c) wegen eines Verbrechens rechtskräftig verurteilt wurde.
