Auf Grund des § 36 Absatz 6 des Pflanzenschutzgesetzes vom 6. Februar 2012 (BGBl. I S. 148, 1281) in Verbindung mit § 1 Absatz 2 des Zuständigkeitsanpassungsgesetzes vom 16. August 2002 (BGBl. I S. 4310) verordnet das Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz, Bau und Reaktorsicherheit auf Vorschlag der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg und Niedersachsen:
