§ 2 Allgemeine Bestimmungen für die Anwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln
Ein Pflanzenschutzmittel, das nach einer in der jeweiligen Zulassung festgelegten Anwendungsbestimmung nur mit einem Abstand zu Gewässern von mindestens fünf Metern angewandt werden darf, darf abweichend von dieser Anwendungsbestimmung in den in Anlage 1 bezeichneten Gebieten auch nach den in den §§ 3 und 4, jeweils in Verbindung mit § 6, festgelegten Bedingungen angewandt werden.
