§ 17¹. Kohustused seoses teatud toodete kättesaadavaks tegemisega
Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) 2019/1020 artikli 4 lõikes 5 viidatud toote turul kättesaadavaks tegemisele kohaldatakse nimetatud määruse artiklist 4 tulenevaid nõudeid.
