§ 2. Nõuded haridusele
(1) Ametnikul peab olema vähemalt keskharidus. (2) Avaliku teenistuse seaduse § 10 lõikes 2 viidatud ametniku asetäitjal (edaspidi tippjuhi asetäitja) ja ametiasutuse struktuuriüksuse juhil peab olema kõrgharidus.
