Art. 23
1 Nehmen die Parteien den Schiedsspruch des Einigungsamtes an, so ist er zu unterzeichnen, womit er in Rechtskraft tritt. 2 Lehnen sie ihn ab, so kann die streitige Angelegenheit, sei es vom Regierungsrat, sei es vom Einigungsamt, zum Gegenstand neuer Verhandlungen gemacht werden. 823.1 Ausserrhodische Gesetzessammlung 3 Abgelehnte Vermittlungsvorschläge und Schiedssprüche sind dem Regierungsrat zur Kenntnis zu bringen.
