1 Auf Begehren hat das Einigungsamt, auch wenn dessen Schiedsspruch abgelehnt worden ist, nach nochmaliger Anhörung der Parteien einen neuen Schiedsspruch zu fällen. 2 Der Schiedsspruch kann sich auf das ganze Streitverhältnis beziehen oder auf noch nicht verglichene Streitpunkte.
