1 Ein Schiedsspruch ist für beide Parteien verbindlich und erwächst in Rechtskraft, wenn er im Laufe der Verhandlungen freiwillig angenommen wird oder wenn beide Parteien, vorgängig der Ausfällung eines Schiedsspruches, sich verständigt und schriftlich erklärt haben, dass sie sich einem vom Einigungsamt zu fällenden Spruch unterziehen wollen.
