Art. 27
1 Gegen den materiellen Inhalt der Vermittlungsvorschläge und Schiedssprüche sind keinerlei Rechtsmittel zulässig. 2 Wegen Nichtanwendung oder unrichtiger Anwendung dieses Reglementes steht den Parteien innert drei Tagen das Recht der Beschwerde an den Regierungsrat als Aufsichtsbehörde offen. 3 Die Beschwerde bewirkt keinen Aufschub im Verfahren.
