Art. 32
1 Vom Regierungsrat wird mit Ordnungsbusse von Fr. 20.– bis Fr. 100.– im Wiederholungsfalle bis Fr. 200.–, bestraft: a) wer ohne genügenden Grund sich weigert, das Amt eines Fachbeisitzers auszuüben; b) wer als Mitglied des Einigungsamtes das Amtsgeheimnis (Art. 21) verletzt.
