1 Diese Verordnung tritt nach erfolgter Genehmigung durch den Bundesrat2) in Kraft. 2 Mit dem Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung ist die Verordnung betreffend das kantonale Einigungsamt vom 5. Juli 1920/9. November 1940 aufgehoben. Vom Bundesrat genehmigt am 6. Oktober 1941 1) Gegenstandslos geworden, da nach Art. 49 Ziff. 3 StGB (SR 311.0) nur der Richter eine Geldbusse in Haft umwandeln darf; vgl. auch Art. 21 Abs. 1 EG zum StGB (bGS 311) 2) 6. Oktober 1941
