Art. 28 Umweltgerechter Umgang
1 Mit Stoffen darf nur so umgegangen werden, dass sie, ihre Folgeprodukte oder Abfälle die Umwelt oder mittelbar den Menschen nicht gefährden können. 2 Anweisungen von Herstellern oder Importeuren sind einzuhalten.
