§ 28a Treuhandanstalt
Die Vorschriften des Aktiengesetzes über herrschende Unternehmen sind auf die Treuhandanstalt nicht anzuwenden. Dies gilt nicht für die Anwendung von Vorschriften über die Vertretung der Arbeitnehmer im Aufsichtsrat eines von der Treuhandanstalt verwalteten Unternehmens.
