§ 7 Mitteilungspflicht von Beteiligungen
Die Mitteilungspflichten nach §§ 20, 21 und 328 Abs. 3 des Aktiengesetzes gelten auch für Beteiligungen, die beim Inkrafttreten des Aktiengesetzes bestehen. Die Beteiligungen sind binnen eines Monats nach dem Inkrafttreten des Aktiengesetzes mitzuteilen.
