Grundsatz Personen, die in einem öffentlich-rechtlichen Arbeitsverhältnis zur Stadt Schaffhausen stehen und vor Erreichen des gesetzlichen AHV-Alters freiwillig in den Ruhestand übertreten oder vorzeitig in den Ruhestand versetzt werden, haben Anspruch auf eine Übergangsrente gemäss Art. 39 des Personalgesetzes.
