Art. 25 V.3. Fonds für Walderhaltung
Zweckbestimmung 1 Der Kanton führt einen Fonds für Walderhaltung. Er ist bestimmt für Massnahmen, für die keine oder nur eine ungenügende Subventionierung möglich ist, insbesondere für: a) Neubegründung von Wald; b) Ertragsausfall bei Nutzungsbeschränkungen; c) Ablösung von nachteiligen Nutzungen; d) Massnahmen zugunsten des Natur- und Landschaftsschutzes im Wald und am Waldrand.
