Art. 52 Stickstoffelimination bei Abwasseranlagen
1 Die Höhe der globalen Abgeltungen an Anlagen und Einrichtungen zur Stickstoffelimination (Art. 61 Abs. 1 GSchG) richtet sich nach der jährlich reduzierten Anzahl Tonnen Stickstoff. 2 Soweit zur Erfüllung völkerrechtlicher Vereinbarungen oder von Beschlüssen internationaler Organisationen notwendig, können zudem Umfang und Komplexität der Massnahmen berücksichtigt werden. 3 Die Höhe der globalen Abgeltungen wird zwischen dem BAFU und dem betroffenen Kanton ausgehandelt.
