§ 19 Täuschung
(1) Versucht ein Prüfling das Ergebnis einer Prüfungsleistung durch Täuschung, insbesondere das Mitführen nicht zugelassener Arbeits- und Hilfsmittel, zum eigenen Vorteil zu beeinflussen, gilt die betreffende Prüfungsleistung als „nicht bestanden“. (2) Wenn sich die Täuschung erst nach Ablauf der Prüfung erweist, händigt die Prüfungsbehörde dem Prüfling die Bescheinigung nicht aus oder erklärt sie für ungültig und fordert sie von ihm zurück.
