§ 4 Veröffentlichung
Unbeschadet des Satzes 2 darf die Prüfungsbehörde die Aufgaben- und Fragestellungen für die Prüfungen nach dieser Verordnung nicht veröffentlichen. Die Aufgabenstellung einer Musterprüfung zum Prüfungsteil Reiseplanung kann die Prüfungsbehörde ohne die entsprechende Lösung veröffentlichen.
