1 Les frais d’inhumation, autres que ceux prévus à l’art. 3 ci-dessus, sont fixés par un tarif. 2 Les maisons de santé et de détention ont la faculté de faire enterrer leurs pensionnaires, - non domiciliés dans la commune avant leur entrée dans l’établissement, - par l’intermédiaire du charitable grand Hôpital, sauf droit de recours contre la commune d’origine. 3 La même faculté est accordée aux indigents de la ville de Fribourg.
