§ 1
Fertigarzneimittel nach § 4 Absatz 1 des Arzneimittelgesetzes, die am 1. Juni 2022 mit einem Warnhinweis nach den Vorschriften dieser Verordnung in der am 31. Mai 2022 geltenden Fassung versehen sind, dürfen mit diesem Warnhinweis vom pharmazeutischen Unternehmer noch bis einschließlich zum 30. Juni 2025 in den Verkehr gebracht werden. Großhändler und Apotheken dürfen Arzneimittel nach Satz 1 auch nach dem 30. Juni 2025 weiterhin in den Verkehr bringen.
