Art. 19
1Sur demande d’un ou plusieurs magistrats intéressés à une modification de leur temps de travail, le Conseil examine l’opportunité d’une telle modification (art. 35 LMSA). 2Il entend la ou les personnes concernées puis rend sa décision. 3Si celle-ci aboutit à une vacance de postes, le Conseil ouvre la procédure de mobilité ou informe le Grand Conseil pour qu’il puisse soumettre le poste à élection judiciaire.
